Stage 4

A shorter stage at around 4 hours into one of Slovenia's most famous lakes. The walking is mostly undulating lanes and paths through villages before Bled appears below the castle rock.

Bled is busy with tourists year-round. Reserve hotels early and expect crowds around the lake - worth an extra night if you want the full experience without rushing on.
